- Select More
- Select Transaction Management
- Select Telegraphic Transfer
- Enter Form number
- Select either:
Request to Trace
Request to Cancel
- Click Continue
- Select either:
Beneficiary advises non-receipt of proceeds
Other, then enter reason
- Click Submit
OR
- Select Payments
- Select Payment history
- Select the overseas payment you wish to trace or cancel
- Click either:
Cancel payment
Trace payment

How do I search for a cheque?
- Select More
- Select Cheques
- Select Cheque search
- Select the Account the cheque was written from
- Enter the Cheque number to be searched
- Cheque details will be displayed

How do I stop a cheque?
- Select More
- Select Cheques
- Select Stop cheque payment
- Select the Account the cheque(s) were written from
- Enter First cheque number to be stopped
- Enter Last cheque number if stopping a range of cheques is required
- Click Stop cheque
- The stop cheque payment confirmation page is displayed
- Click Confirm
- The stop cheque payment receipt is displayed
