You can access the My Offers Hub via logging into St.George Internet or Mobile Banking to access the My Offers Hub.

If accessing via Mobile Banking App:

• Click on the ‘Services’ menu 
• Scroll down to “My Accounts” and select “My Offers and Benefits” 
• On the screen displayed, click "Continue" to navigate to the My Offers Hub

If accessing via Internet Banking:

• Click on the "Manage my accounts" menu
• Go to "Card Services" section on the "Manage my accounts" page
• Select "My Offers and Benefits"
• On the screen displayed, click "Continue" to navigate to the My Offers Hub

St.George personal credit and debit card customers. Not available for business credit and debit cards. Access and offers will be restricted by the customers age as specified below. 

Under 14:

• Will not see or have access to the My Offers Hub.

14 to 17 years old:

• Will have access to the My Offers Hub, however, will be excluded from offers associated with age restrictions, including alcohol related offers.

18 years old and above:

• Access to the My Offers Hub and all the offers.

St.George consumer credit and eligible* debit cards. Business credit and debit cards, corporate credit cards are not eligible.

No. If you hold an eligible consumer credit or debit card you are eligible to redeem these offers.

To opt-in or opt-out for emails on the My Offers Hub, update your marketing preferences via Internet Banking. Alternatively, you can use the "Unsubscribe" located at the bottom of your My Offers email. 

No. The My Offers Hub can only be accessed via Internet or Mobile Banking.

Yes. Additional cardholders (subject to any age restrictions) are eligible to take advantage of the offers and can access the hub directly via their own Internet or Mobile Banking login. Alternatively, the primary cardholder can share the offer details with the additional cardholder or make the purchase on their behalf.

Yes. You can make a booking on behalf of another person, however travellers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.  Simply navigate to 'Book hotels' from the homepage, select the offer and enter the name and details of the person travelling. 

Yes. You need to login to your own Internet or Mobile Banking to access the My Offers Hub, select the gift card and complete the purchase using your St.George Credit or Debit card. Ensure you enter in your name and email address to confirm the gift card purchase is successful. Once you received the gift card you may forward the electronic gift card details to someone else after you have received the confirmation.

The transaction will appear on your statement under one of the following descriptions.
