Accounts

1. Select the account you want to view
2. Account information, Today’s transactions, and Previous transactions will display
3. For cheque accounts, recent presented cheques information can be viewed by selecting the Presented cheques
4. For credit cards or cards with an associated debit card, recent transactions pending on the card can be viewed by selecting Pending card authorisations
5. Click PDF to generate a copy of this information for your records
6. Click Transfer or pay to start creating a payment using this account
7. Search for a specific transaction via Find transaction
8. Click Find older transactions to search for previous transactions not displayed here 

1. Click Foreign Currency in the accounts list filter

1. Select the account you want to view
2. Account information, Today’s transactions, and Previous transactions will display
3. Click Find older transactions to search for previous transactions not displayed here

To update the account name for all users in the company:

1. Select Admin
2. Select All accounts
3. Account list is displayed
4. Click Edit account names
5. Enter Preferred account name for the accounts displayed as required
6. Click Save
