Third Party Property Damage Insurance
Provides cover for loss or damage to someone else's property caused by a motor vehicle accident which is partly or fully your fault. It
does not cover damage to your car.

What's included
Uninsured motorist extension
Cover your vehicle for loss or damage arising from an accident with an uninsured driver up to $5000 if you did not contribute to the accident and can provide us with the registration, name and address of the person responsible or any other information that would reasonably allow us to identify the person.
Legal liability
You are covered for up to $20 million for damage to other people’s property.
Substitute vehicle
Cover for your legal liability up to the maximum amount payable for loss or damage to someone else’s property while using in a substitute vehicle.
Supplementary bodily injury (liability)
Cover for a currently licensed driver driving the vehicle or a passenger travelling in or getting into or out of the vehicle for legal liability for death or bodily injury caused by or arising out of the use of your vehicle.**
Legal costs
Legal costs and expenses in defending court proceedings which may arise from a claim for accidental loss, damage or liability covered by your policy.*
