~Amplify Qantas Platinum Bonus Qantas Points Offer: The respective bonus Qantas Points promotion is available when you apply and are approved for a new Amplify Qantas Platinum credit card between 31st October 2024 and 30th April 2025, and spend the minimum amount of $3k on eligible purchases within 90 days from card approval in one or more transactions. Eligible purchases do not include interest, fees and charges, cash or ATM cash advances, cash equivalent transactions, gambling transactions, a purchase from or payment to a local, state or federal government or government related agency, BPAY or similar transactions (such as Post Billpay), refunds and balance transfers debited to the card account. Existing customers who currently hold an Amplify, Amplify Platinum or Amplify Signature card issued by St.George, Bank of Melbourne or BankSA, or who have held one in the last 24 months, or Credit Card Product Switches, upgrades or Westpac group staff are not eligible for this offer. The bonus Qantas Points will be credited to your Points balance within 12 weeks after the eligible spend criteria is met.
***Amplify Qantas Platinum Discounted First Year Fee: The discounted first year card fee promotion is available when you apply and are approved for a new Amplify Qantas Platinum credit card between 31st October 2024 and 30th April 2025. The first year card fee at the special promotional rate will be debited to your card account on your Card Fee date and the full card fee will be debited annually thereafter.
Amplify Qantas: In order to earn and redeem points, you must be a member of Qantas Frequent Flyer program. An annual $75 Amplify Qantas Rewards Program fee applies for customers who choose Amplify Qantas.
1 55 Days Interest Free: Receive up to 55 days interest free on your purchases if your Monthly Payment Balance is paid in full by the due date shown each month. This amount is calculated as the main account balance minus the balance transfer amount plus any Plan&Pay instalments for this month. If you do not have any Plan&Pay instalments or a balance transfer, the Monthly Payment Balance will be the same as the Closing Balance.
3 The earning and redeeming of Qantas Points is subject to the Amplify Terms and Conditions (PDF 1MB). You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn and redeem points. Purchases that are not eligible to earn points include interest, fees and charges, cash, or ATM cash advances, cash equivalent transactions, gambling transactions, a purchase from or payment to a local, state or federal government or government related agency, BPAY or similar transactions (such as Post Billpay), refunds and balance transfers debited from the card account. You do not receive points if your card account is in arrears for 2 consecutive statement cycles and in other circumstances. Qantas Points earned during a statement cycle are added to your Qantas Points balance on a monthly basis.
For Amplify Qantas Platinum cards, earn 0.5 Qantas Points per $1 up to a maximum of $100,000 spent on eligible purchases annually. For Amplify Qantas Signature cards, earn 0.75 Qantas Points per $1 up to a maximum of $250,000 spent on eligible purchases annually. This annual limit resets in January each year, based on your statement date. Bonus Points earned are not part of your annual cap.
