Check your loan details

With Internet Banking it's easy to keep up-to-date with your home loan. Check your loan balance and interest rate and see when your next payments are scheduled.

Monitor your interest

You can also use Internet Banking to see what interest you've been charged for this financial year-to-date or confirm what you were charged during the previous financial year.

Access your additional payments using redraw

You can even use Internet Banking to request redraws^* from your home loan and have your money transferred into your transaction account. To register for redraw, complete and print the Phone and Internet Banking registration form and submit as per instructions on the form. You will need to be registered for Internet Banking and Phone Banking. To register call 1300 555 203 8am-9pm (EST), 7 days - have your account details handy and we will be able to register you over the phone. Or visit your local St.George branch.

Switch to a fixed or variable rate

As a St.George home loan customer, you can choose to switch between different interest rates, or split your loan between different rates with Flexible Choice.

Need to change something about your loan?

Changing most things on your loan is easy. All you have to do is call our Home Loan Service Centre on 13 33 30, say “Existing Mortgage” when prompted, and we'll tell you everything you need to know. For example, you can change your payment amount or frequency, apply for a Repayment Pause to take a break on your home loan repayments, or increase your loan (depending on your home loan type).

Changing your statements

If you have a joint home loan, you can request for your statement to go to only one borrower. Simply complete our nomination form.

Use the equity in your home

You can easily access the equity you've built-up in your home to renovate or invest. Depending on your loan type and situation, you may be able to simply redraw funds^*. To register for redraw, complete and print the Phone and Internet Banking registration form and submit as per instructions on the form. Otherwise, you can apply for an increase in your borrowings, in order to tap into your equity.

Amending a mortgage security with St.George

You can lodge your request online to amend your mortgage security.
